Shipping policy

Depending on the products chosen, the order processing time is between 2 and 10 business days. If you want the products faster, contact us and we will try to find solutions to send you the products in a timely manner.

Ipanomi ships orders in Romania and internationally.

IN ROMANIA

Deliveries in Romania are made via DPD Courier or Sameday. The ordered products will be shipped to the address specified during the order completion process. The transit time of the package is a maximum of 1-3 working days, and the shipping cost is 25 lei.

Costs for deliveries in Romania:
– for orders that DO NOT exceed the value of 500 lei, the delivery price is 25 lei.
– for orders exceeding 500 lei, DELIVERY IS FREE.

IMPORTANT!
The shipping rates are valid exclusively for localities where DPD Courier and Sameday have delivery points (without additional kilometers).

For localities where courier companies calculate additional kilometers, the final rate is calculated at 1 leu/kilometer (you can opt to pick up the package from the nearest DPD Courier or Sameday (easybox) office to avoid paying this additional fee).
The final amount of the shipping cost will be transmitted by the Ipanomi.com operator and will be found on the invoice issued to the customer.

INTERNATIONAL

International deliveries are made via DHL Express door to door service. The transit time of the package is a maximum of 4-6 days, and the shipping cost is 120 lei for orders from Europe and the USA and 140 lei for countries from other regions.

Costs for international deliveries:
– for orders that do NOT exceed the value of 1500 lei, the shipping cost is 120 lei for orders from Europe and the USA and 140 lei for countries from other regions
– for orders in Europe and the USA exceeding 1500 lei, DELIVERY IS FREE

Please specify in the order or operator Ipanomi explanations if you want Saturday delivery (this fee will be borne by the customer and will be found on the invoice)

Observations:
Please check the integrity of the package packaging upon receipt. If the packaging is damaged, request that a Report be drawn up by the courier company representative. If a damaged product is found inside the package, it can be returned together with the report. Sending the Report is mandatory for the exchange of the damaged product.

After completing the order, you will be contacted by phone or email to confirm / send the total amount / AWB / etc.
