Can I order IPANOMI products through other means?

Ipanomi products are available on the website and in partner stores. We do not accept orders by phone or email.

What does "Made to Order" mean?

"Made to Order" means that the products we offer are made in our workshop in Bucharest when ordered by you. The "Made to Order" concept allows us to use resources responsibly, avoid unnecessary waste and customize the product according to your needs.

How can I find out what size I wear?

Orders & Payment

How do I order?

If you want to order our products, you can do so directly on the website. Add the desired products to the cart and complete the order form. It is recommended to create an account to be able to track your orders. Payment for the order is made by card through Shopify Payments. Order processing may take up to 10 business days. If you need the products urgently, please contact us and we will do everything we can to send the order quickly.

I added an incorrect shipping address, how can I change it?

The shipping address can only be changed before the order is shipped. Please contact us to make the necessary changes if the address entered is incorrect at hello@ipanomi.com.

How do I know you received my order?

You will receive an order confirmation by email immediately after completing your purchase.

How safe is it to shop on www.ipanomi.com?

Payments are processed through a secure verification system provided by Shopify through Shopify Payments (powered by Stripe), and you can pay using Visa, Maestro, and MasterCard.

How can I pay?

Payment for products can be made either upon delivery via cash on delivery, or online with a bank card through the Shopify Payments payment processor offered and secured by Shopify. You can pay with any bank card issued under the Visa (Visa and Visa Electron) or Mastercard (Mastercard and Maestro) logos, any product on ipanomi.com.

What is the processing time for an order?

Depending on the products chosen, the order processing time is between 2 and 10 business days. For international orders, the processing time might take longer because of the shipping & delivery.

Delivery & Returns

Can I exchange or return my order?

Yes, you can change or cancel your order within 24 hours of shipment. For international orders please contact us at hello@ipanomi.com.

I received a defective or incorrect item. What can I do?

If you have received an item that you believe is defective or incorrect, please contact us immediately at hello@ipanomi.com. We will cover the cost of returning the item for repair, replacement or refund.

How quickly is an order delivered?

Deliveries in Romania are made via DPD Courier or Sameday. The ordered products will be shipped to the address specified during the order completion process. The transit time of the package is a maximum of 1-3 working days, and the shipping cost is 25 lei for orders less than 500 lei (orders over 500 lei benefit from free delivery).

International deliveries are made via DHL Express door to door service. The transit time of the package is a maximum of 4-6 days, and the shipping cost is 150 lei (30 EUR) for orders under 1,500 lei (300 EUR; orders over 300 EUR benefit from free delivery).

Under what conditions is delivery free?

Delivery is free for orders in Romania over 500 lei. Orders under 500 lei will incur a delivery fee of 25 lei.

For international orders, delivery is free for orders over 1,500 lei (300 EUR). Orders under 1,500 lei (300 EUR) will incur a delivery fee of 150 lei (30 EUR).

How long can I return a product?

You have 14 calendar days to return a product. The return process is simple, and the refund is made within 5 business days from the date the return is processed. For international orders please contact us at hello@ipanomi.com to discuss about the return process.

How can I make a return?

Fill out the return form in our store and follow all the steps indicated on the page. First of all, make sure you have read the return policy and that the product is eligible for return. If you ordered outside of Romania and have questions about return process, contact us at hello@ipanomi.com.

What are the steps I need to follow to return products?

1. Access and complete the return form on the website.

2. Contact any courier company you wish (not the Post Office), pay the shipping (the shipping is paid by us only if the product arrives defective or we send you a different product than the one ordered) and send the package to our address: Str. Drumea Rădulescu, No. 34, Sector 4, 040336, Bucharest. The package will include the duly completed return form. It is very important not to forget to add the return form to the package!

3. After we check the products you returned, we will tell you if all the return conditions have been met. Don't worry, we will notify you when the return reaches us.

4. The money transfer is made within a maximum of 14 working days from the moment the product reaches us. We will not refund the money for shipping, but only for the value of the products!

Please DO NOT send the product via cash-on-delivery system (Ramburs), as any product sent to this system will be returned without prior notification.

You need to know: a return form is specific to an order. If you want to return products from different orders, you will need to repeat the process above for each order you placed.

What conditions must the returned product meet?

The condition for accepting the return is that the products are in the same condition in which they were delivered (not damaged, not showing signs of wear, with all labels intact). Due to the delicate nature of the products sold, we reserve the right to refuse any returned product that cannot be resold as new, as it may endanger the health of the buyers. We recommend that you try the products on without removing the removable label.

You should also know that the return of the product without the composition label cannot be accepted. The products mentioned in the return form must be handed over to the courier in their entirety. If the return package contains products different from those in the completed form, the pickup will be refused.
