If, over time, you notice that a hem has come undone, a seam has come loose or a button has come loose, we encourage you to write to us. We won't replace the product, but we will do everything in our power to restore its original shape and functionality - discreetly and with the same attention to detail.
To initiate a repair, all you have to do is send a clear photo of the defect by email to repair@ipanomi.com. We will get back to you with a quick response and, if the repair is possible, we will send you the next steps. The piece can be brought to our workshop in Bucharest or sent by courier - the cost of transportation is borne by the client, and the intervention remains on our part.
